According to a real estate study released by the University of Florida on March 9, 2007, now is the time to buy real estate in Florida. |
Reports indicate that prices will probably not fall anymore. Wayne Archer, Director of UF’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies says: “if you are thinking about buying a house, there’s probably not much to be gained by holding out at this point.”
