Congratulations to all the RE/MAX Properties Sarasota real estate agents for making 2006 another winning year for our office.
RE/MAX Properties, Sarasota was once again honored as the top RE/MAX Sales Office for closed dollar volume in the state of Florida. This recognition took place at the annual RE/MAX Awards Banquet in Orlando. This is the 8th consecutive year that RE/MAX Properties of Sarasota has received this honor and the 15th time since the company’s inception in 1989.

Reports indicate that prices will probably not fall anymore. Wayne Archer, Director of UF’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies says: “if you are thinking about buying a house, there’s probably not much to be gained by holding out at this point.”
