Is now the time to buy a home in Sarasota, Florida?
If you are stilling sitting on the fence, you may want to jump off. This morning’s article in the Sarasota Herald Tribune suggests that the worst is over. Sean Snaith, director of UCF’s Institute for Economic Competitiveness is quoted: “because of Florida’s growth, geography and demographics, the Sunshine State is likely to recover faster than the broader market and that the Sarasota-Manatee market might be among the first in the state to rebound.”
