Another new project for downtown Sarasota residents will surely be a hit. Scheduled for occupancy in the fall of 2008, Citrus Square will be built in 4 phases. Chris Gallagher, of Jonathan Parks Architect, is the project manager for this development. |
Gallagher says: “People will think it looks like Main Street from where they grew up.” The project will mix residential with retail in the midst of downtown. Read the Sarasota Herad Tribune article.
Citrus Square’s first building will house 20 condos offering various space and floorplans. Prices are projected to be $250,000-$550,000 for 500-1200 sq. ft. of living space.
