Email requests from customers interested in condos on Siesta Key under $400,000, with a gulf view — double the price of $200,000 mentioned in a previous article are received daily. |
Searching the Sarasota MLS, I did find these Siesta Key MLS listings under $400,000, but no Gulf view. To get a good view of the Gulf of Mexico, prices are still over $1 million. Remember it’s all about the water and the closer to the water, the better the view, then condition of the property, sq. footage, etc. the higher the price!
Siesta Key has some of the whitest sand in the world and has received accolades nationally: one of “America’s Best Beaches,” “Third Best Walking Beach in the USA,” by USA Today International Edition, and “The Best of the Best Sand,” by Conde Nast Traveler which have pushed thoses prices even higher through the years. Prices on Siesta Key have come down from the boom market though and now could be the time to buy Siesta Key real estate.
