Millions of tips are available on the web, from your realtor, from your builder, from your decorator so get on the phone, the Internet and use these new homeselling resources.
Interview and pick the real estate agent that best meets your needs. It’s more important now than ever to have a realtor to get the extra exposure you need in this tough selling market.
Set a reasonable sales price. Remember, the actual sales price is almost always dependent on recent prices of those properties in close proximity to yours — not what you want, unfortunately, not the price based on the payoff of your loan on the property. Offer the buyer some incentives: home warranty, closing costs, all repairs.
