Southwest Florida Builders See Better Year in 2007
Significant discounting is probably the reason for an uptick in new home sales according to local builder, Lee Wetherington, whose Lakewood Ranch home based building company is also seeing an increase in new homes sales. The Herald Tribune’s article points out that some buyers are not willing to wait any longer, while others will take their chances as the downturn may not be over quite yet.
