Sellers Now Offering Buying Incentives But Hire Your Own Inspector
In today’s buyer’s market, many sellers are offering incentives which we have mentioned in previous articles on our blog. Some owners are having an inspection, making repairs prior to a sale and offering you their inspections to save a buyer a few hundred dollars. This is all well and good, except it is prudent to hire your own inspector. This article on Mortgage 101 also reiterates the importance as some sellers don’t do their required disclosures and a good licensed inspector can save you frustration, money and heartache.
