The former Lone Star Steak House on U.S. 41 is being converted to Restaurateur Paul Mattison’s newest location: Mattison’s Forty-One. If you live in Palmer Ranch, the Oaks, Prestancia, Siesta Key, the Landings, to name of few Sarasota neighborhoods that will benefit from the new location, you can skip the drive to downtown Sarasota.
