First Halloween Extravaganza |
Fright night, scream night, dress-up night, whatever you want to call it! Halloween is a national event and Sarasotans showcase their creativity each season by decorating their homes, business and themselves! Take a tour in the West of the Trail Sarasota neighborhood near Morton’s Market to see homeowners ideas for the season.
This year, Cheryl Frampton heads the First ever Sarasota Halloween Extravaganza. Events start today for all ages and the first costume event is for the “doggies” at 10:00 am.
Visit the Fright Factory Haunted House at State Street and Pineapple Street. There are several costume parades to attend as events continue throughout the day and evening. Proceeds from the event go to Child Protection Center, Inc., a United Way agency. Get your guide to the full list of events from the Downtown Merchants website.
