Six New Hotels Planned for Sarasota, FL
Often our real estate customers from others areas of the United States call for a hotel referral. These customers are on their way to Saraosta for a vacation and possibly to purchase Sarasota real estate. There hasn’t been too many hotels on our list. In the recent real estate boom, customers found room shortages and sometimes they would be here for just a day looking at property, writing a contract, hurrying back to Tampa to catch their flight home.
Now we have a list of six new hotels being built over the next few years and there’s a race to the finish line for openings. Read Herald-Tribune article.
