Sarasota-Bradenton Fares Better Than Rest of Florida
Sarasota Realtors in my network, including Nick Herron, have seen an increase in activity. Joe Hembree, President of the Sarasota of Association of Realtors and Pat Neal, President of Neal Communities and Lakewood Ranch Builder said they have seen an increase in activity also. Sarasota-Bradenton saw a 5% drop in home sales for the local market when compared to the same time a year ago. The entire state of Florida saw a 29% drop in home sales.
