Sarasota Real Estate Market Improves

Statistics for April were reported by the Sarasota Board of Realtors and the Sarasota real estate market continues to improve. Even with rising foreclosures and short sales hitting the market, buyers are finally testing the waters. “Pending sales for April 2009 were 981 and sales topped 500,” according to the report.
