Sarasota real estate statistics for May 2009 were reported by the Sarasota Board of Realtors on June 12, and “once again homes sales exceeded 500″. This is the second time since June 2008 that sales reached 500 as the market continues to stablize in our area. Read Sarasota Board of Realtors full report.
Last month, Donald Trump’s blog mentioned the Sarasota real estate market, and our barrier islands of Siesta Key, Casey Key, Bird Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key continue to draw customers planning a trip to purchase property in Sarasota. Downtown Sarasota condo showings are on the uptick as well as the Keys.
