Just Sold at Water Club, Longboat Key, Florida

In December, while shopping for a condo in Sarasota, my customers fell in love with the Water Club. Retirees moving to Sarasota from Delaware, this lovely couple wanted to be on the water, enjoy a view and be conveniently located to downtown Sarasota’s cultural attractions.

After viewing properties on the internet for over two months, then personally visiting over 20 listings of Lido Key, downtown Sarasota and Longboat Key waterfronts condos, properties were narrowed down to two complexes: Water Club and Grand Bay, both on Longboat Key. The beach won!

An incredible sunset set the scene for an offer in December, and February 27, these new Sarasota residents closed on their beach condo on Longboat Key with anticipation of spending their golden years with all that Sarasota Florida has to offer.
